You need a healthy immune system to fight infection and disease. When a person is sick or has a symptom that is uncomfortable, the body is telling you it needs to be taken care of. Proper nutrition both prevents disease and can help the body to fight disease. These guidelines will support your body to be as healthy and disease-free as possible.

Feed your body so your body can support you to be you. Give your body lots of fresh oxygen by walking or exercising at least 30 minutes per day outdoors.
